I am curious about substituting Stevia for Splenda. I stay away from the chemical sugar substitutes. Also curious about using cocoa instead of the chocolate chips.
I wouldn't know how to begin to tell you how to make that substitution. I'd think you'd do better to use one of the erythritol-stevia blends.
The recipe already has cocoa in it; you could just leave out the chocolate chips.
