Not losing weight now - can anyone help.

I just read Dana's book and ordered 4 of her cookbooks but I'm completely at a loss. I have been sugar free for about 6 weeks now. I only have about 5kg more to lose and it just won't leave. I did lose 2kg in the initial stage but now I'm going nowhere. I'm at my wits end. I wouldn't mind so much if it wasn't all just hanging right in front of me hanging off my belly like a stuffed apron. I have Diabetes right though my family but have never had it myself, although borderline when pregnant, have always had high blood pressure since I was 20 no matter what I weighed. I’m a wonderful 46yo which I love. I must be extremely insulin resistant. I have completely cut carbs out in the last two weeks excepting 1 pear, kiwi fruit or 1/2 cup berries for breakfast. I even did an initial 3 day protein only (use all the carbs up in my body) fast. I'll give you a run down of what I eat typically in a day.

8am - peppermint tea + 2 egg & cream & chive omlette OR 1 pear/kiwi/berries + plain whole yoghurt + sprinkling of chia seeds + 2 boiled eggs

11am - 1 hard boiled egg with whole egg mayo or aoli. (yes good on label)

2pm - 100g chicken/tuna/ham with salad & oil, vinegar, mustard, tarragon dressing.

5pm - chicken wing or egg or meatball or couple of prawns

7pm - chicken & vege soup, fish & veg, chicken & veg/salad with mayo.

What oh what am I doing wrong people. Oh did I mention a 30 minute walk everyday. If it's not going to shift with this much strictness what is it going to shift with?

I really hope you can help me with this one. What am I doing wrong?
