New Look!

I have to say, I was getting really tired of that Fisher-Price theme we had going on! It may have been cleaner than the one before, but it got boring really quickly. This new theme is inspired by the one that Kevin, our podcast producer, chose for Dana's Low-Carb for Life. As soon as I saw what he had done there, I knew I was going to do something similar for Hold The Toast.

Everything is still here, just some things are in different places. I'll probably be tweaking a bit more, but the beauty of configurable themes is that I can do a lot of that without disrupting anything on the website. Hope you enjoy!

Dana, love the new look of your blog. I really enjoy reading your posts and look forward to more good stuff in the future. Ron, aka The Former Donut Junkie

Wow, what a jolt when I browsed over! Very nice. The colors are very nice and toasty..err, earthy. Text elements and such would run into each other with the old design on my laptop screen. I'm not sure why, 'cause I have a big screen, but I don't remember much about that stuff, honestly.

Thanks!

I think the deep browns remind me of leather furniture, or perhaps a nice roast beef. ;-) This theme is set to a fixed-width of 960, with 200-wide sidebars, whereas the old one was a fluid design, so that might explain the better results with regards to overlaps and such. Glad you like it!
